Acupuncture

Acupuncture points are believed to stimulate the central nervous system. The practice of acupuncture includes placing thin needles into the skin on certain points of a meridian. This releases chemicals into the muscles, spinal cord, and brain. These biochemical changes may stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities. They may promote physical and emotional well-being.

Motor Vehicle Accident

In Alberta, you are entitled to receive direct-billed chiropractic treatment for motor vehicle accident (MVA) injuries, regardless of fault, under the Diagnostic Treatment Protocols Regulation (DTPR) and Section B benefits. A physician’s referral is not required, and treatment is covered up to a certain limit by your auto insurance provider. It is recommended to see a primary healthcare practitioner, such as a chiropractor, within 10 days of the accident to ensure proper diagnosis, treatment, and compliance with provincial regulations.

Soft Tissue Therapy

Soft tissue therapy only (no adjustment).

Soft tissue therapy focuses on restoring healthy movement and flexibility within muscles and fascia. Using techniques such as active stretching, mechanical massage, trigger point therapy, pin and stretch, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, we work to release tension, break down adhesions, and improve mobility. These treatments help enhance blood flow, reduce discomfort, and support long-term tissue health.
