Graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC in 2019.
The name Affix Therapy was inspired by the work I do on tendons and fascia, but it also reflects my passion for connecting with people. I believe therapy is most effective when it’s collaborative—guided by your experience and tailored to your individual needs.
I strive to empower my clients in their health journeys by encouraging active participation during treatment, and by equipping them with homecare that fits their lifestyle. I am motivated by helping clients see improvements and achieve their goals.
With a combination of passive and active, non-oil and oil techniques, I have seen good results from working on clients with tension headaches, overuse injuries, and postural imbalances.
I offer a variety of techniques tailored to each client’s needs, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, joint mobilization, basic lymphatic drainage, visceral manipulation, and active release techniques. I am also trained in prenatal massage.
I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, with a special interest in treating children.
